But four hours of high fever and getting an IV of a bunch of anti biotics, I felt better. Then the next day, nearly normal except for the cough. 5 more visits to the hospital for the rest of the treatment. Anyway, a lot of Asian places will put some English on their establishments in order to sound sophisticated. "Use Mind" is a transliteration of their Chinese name, 優斯麥 (that's traditional chinese i'm keying), which has the pinyin "you1 si1 mai4."
